He went on to complete a two-year residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, where he also earned a Master’s degree in Oral Biology. His thesis research was published in a peer-reviewed orthodontic journal, reflecting his commitment to advancing the specialty.
Today, Dr. Servello brings his expertise back home to Ebensburg, Ebensburg, and the surrounding communities, where he takes pride in providing personalized, compassionate care that transforms smiles and lives.

Ebensburg Braces

Braces in Ebensburg are an excellent choice for correcting complex tooth and bite issues. In many cases, braces can align teeth and close gaps more quickly than other treatments, which may reduce overall treatment time.
Because braces don’t require specialized technology or costly equipment, they remain one of the most affordable orthodontic options. Made of metal or ceramic brackets connected by wires and elastics, braces work by applying gentle, continuous pressure to guide teeth into healthier positions. With regular adjustments from Dr. Servello, braces deliver precise, reliable results for patients of all ages.

Ebensburg Invisalign

Invisalign is one of the most popular alternatives to braces at Servello Orthodontics. Instead of brackets and wires, Invisalign uses a series of custom-made, clear aligners to gradually move your teeth into place. Each aligner is made from smooth, comfortable plastic and designed to fit snugly over your teeth.

You’ll change to a new set of aligners every one to two weeks as directed by Dr. Servello, with each set applying slight adjustments that add up to a straighter smile. For best results, aligners should be worn 20–22 hours per day. Patients who follow these guidelines closely can see noticeable changes in just a few months.

Invisalign works best for mild to moderate orthodontic concerns, while more complex cases may be better suited for braces. During your free consultation at our Ebensburg office, Dr. Servello will evaluate your smile and help you determine whether Invisalign is the right choice for you.
