Dr. David Servello earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State before continuing his education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in the top 10 of his class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society.

Following dental school, Dr. Servello served as a Dental Officer in the United States Air Force, completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and later treating patients at the Pentagon Tri-Service Dental Clinic. He was twice named Junior Clinical Dental Officer of the Year and received the Air Force Commendation Medal for outstanding service.

Dr. Servello went on to complete a two-year residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, TX, earning a Master’s degree in Oral Biology. His thesis research was published in a peer-reviewed orthodontic journal, further highlighting his dedication to advancing the specialty.
